L'étable is a restaurant located on the slopes of Gryon (Villars ski area, Switzerland). The Gruaz family decided to equip the tables with their Igloos with QR Codes SERVIDO to allow customers arriving on skis from the slopes or on snowshoes to be able to order directly at the table (take-away) via their smartphone without entering the restaurant which was closed.
The stable thus received more than 400 orders in the first 15 days via SERVIDO and was able to manage it from the back office in complete security. Customers no longer needed to place an order with the server and the service was optimized by avoiding round trips!
